Reality Where ?

sometimes the lines blur
   between inner & outer realities...

if i don't see it, it's not invisible

if i don't hear it, it's not silent

if i don't feel it, it's not intangible

is the world shared online 

     an alternate reality ? 

     a parallel reality ?

     a waking dream ?

or perhaps,

 somehow worlds meet
and as we walk in them, we bridge the difference - walking in an island universe of our own making

   vision labelled by mind preconceptions

taste has yummy & disgusting
  smells
    body sensations
               mmmmmm         ouch !
                     solid earth sensations

moods swing
  feelings alter
   water flows

inspiration flares
  flickers and glows
    fire fire burning bright *smile

 i am made of all these

 but in the centre there is peace
quiet mountain lake in the moonlight
  the softly scented night
    still
